A guided breathwork session to release the stress and fatigue of the year behind you — one long exhale for everything you're letting go of, one deep breath in for the energy you're bringing into the new year. The practice closes with a cacao ceremony and snacks, a quiet moment of grounding before the group settles back in.

We run one event per day, with two coordinators. The December and January calendar fills early — if you have a week in mind, it is worth asking now.
